Our Story
Chandra Yoga Wimbledon was founded to bring the true essence of Yoga to our community. With so many styles available, it’s easy to lose sight of Yoga’s real purpose: to enlighten, rejuvenate, and elevate. As one Yoga teacher said, "Health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness, Yoga shows the way." We aim to help you connect with yourself, relax, and become the best version of you through mindful practice.
Our Studio
Nestled in Merton Abbey Mills, our intimate studio offers personalized classes with a limit of five students per session. This allows for more attention to detail, helping you improve your form and deepen your practice.
Yoga
We teach Classical Hatha Yoga, guided by our instructor, who has over 18 years of experience and was trained at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Kerala, India. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, we’re here to guide you towards lasting health, peace, and self-awareness through the practice of Yoga.
Through the practice of Classical Hatha Yoga we learn to cultivate true inner peace and to realise Saccidānanda (Sanskrit: सच्चिदानन्द): being, consciousness and lasting happiness.
